لقاء الزميل عبدالرزاق العليوي في قناة الحرة بوثائقي (معارك سد الفرات بين الأتاسي والأسد وعبدالناصر)

#وثائقي_كأنو_مبارح#معارك_سدالفرات_بين_الأتاسي_والأسد_وعبدالناصر لقاء المهندس عبدالرزاق العليوي خبير السدود والموارد المائية و عضو الهيئة السياسية لمحافظة الرقة مع قناة الحرة ببرنامج#وثائقي_كأنو_امبارح والذي تحدث فيه عن تاريخ بناء سد الفرات في مدينة الرقة السورية، حيث سلط الضوء عن تاريخ عمل الحكومات السورية المتعاقبة لإنشاء هذا السد من تاريخ ١٩٥٥ حتى تم البدء فيه بعهد الرئيس السوري د. نورالدين الأتاسي ورئيس حكومته الدكتور يوسف أحمد زعين. كما تحدث عن معارضة عبدالناصر وحافظ الأسد لبناء هذا السد ، كما وضح الخبير الآثار الإيجابية والسلبية لبناء هذا السد ومن أهم الآثار السلبية هي تهجير أهلي منطقة غمر سد الفرات وكذلك خطأ الإتحاد السوفيتي بخصائص اختيار موقع السد في مدينة الطبقة وذهاب الأوابد التاريخية الموجودة في سرير النهر والتي تعود ل8500 قبل الميلاد . تحدث كذلك أن شرارة الثورة السورية انطلقت في محافظة الرقة من مدينة الطبقة التي بني فيها السد وتحدث كيف ذهبت المحافظة نتيجة تواطئ دولي عليها لتكون ضحية للإرهاب المستورد من خارج هذه المحافظة.

Beginning with the era of Syrian President d. Noureddine Al-Atassi and his Prime Minister, Dr. Youssef Ahmed Zain. He also spoke about the opposition of Abdel Nasser and Hafez al-Assad to the construction of this dam, and the expert explained the positive and negative effects of building this dam. It dates back to 8500 BC. He also spoke that the spark of the Syrian revolution started in Raqqa governorate from the city of Tabqa in which the dam was built, and he talked about how the governorate went as a result of international complicity in it to become a victim of terrorism imported from outside this governorate
